Yemeni coffee has been cultivated for over eight centuries, with Yemen recognised as the birthplace of coffee. Generations of farmers have inherited and refined traditional methods of growing, harvesting, and processing, preserving a legacy that continues to define the world of coffee today.

Traditional & Natural Processing

Our coffee is hand-picked with care, without the use of machines, ensuring only the finest cherries are selected. The beans are then naturally dried under the sun often on rooftops using traditional methods that preserve flavour and enhance the coffee’s natural qualities.

We continue to develop and refine these natural drying techniques to suit different regions and climates, while staying true to our heritage.
