COSTUS ROOT POWDER:

The Costus, with its botanical name 'Saussurea costus', is a herbaceous plant of the family Asteraceae native to Asia (Himalaya, Kashmir, India, Pakistan).

It is the root that is used in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, and it is one of the 50 fundamental plants of Chinese medicine.

The Indian costus resembles a big wooden but has an odor close to ginger, it is in powder form and is also called Qist Al-Hindī.

- Fight against the fungi and bacteria of the skin: take a bath with water mixed with costus

Internal uses:

- Diseases of the respiratory system, asthma, tuberculosis, inflammation of the throat, fever: Inspire a quantity of grounded costus.

- Treatment of clot fusions, painful menstruation, problems of fertilization, pain after childbirth, urinary diseases, diseases of the kidneys, the liver, etc..: Drink the costus with water.
